To hell with quitting smoking for right now. It's not so much the difficulty as it the weight stopped coming off. My new plan is when I hit 200# that is when I quit. I am hanging tight at 210. Workouts are going good, I have upped the weight on all my workouts. I am doing cardio now for anywhere from 40 to 60 min. I am still eating very well and actually enjoy the change in diet. Next step is getting an ipod or cd player for my workouts as the radio at the gym is just not cutting it. I have downloaded some old school house music from the internet....damn takes me back. I can't wait to do cardio to some of the "house" music I have acquired.
