I don't know but the day seemed kinda odd
No barking from the dogs no smog
and Mama cooked the breakfast with no hog....
It was very good day out in the field! 5 of us killed 20 Mallards and were done by 10:30a. We didn't see an abundant amount of birds but the ones we saw worked very very well. In the past week we have killed just over 60 ducks, mallards. If we stay ice free the rest of the season this could be the best year I have EVER had in my life.

PS I didn't have my digital so the stack em pics will come at a later date!

To anyone that has been viewing this ole blog site I apologize for not keeping up. It has been a great year so far out in the field chasing the ducks. We mashed em today and last week. Here are a couple pics I hope you enjoy. The black duck you see will be on the wall next year!!

It has been awhile since I posted anything and I was really meaning to stay on top of the season. Opening weekend here in the South has come and gone. We hunted Oakwood and killed a few mallards and woodducks, not much to speak of but it was good to be out with the fellas again. I have had a few really good days since, limiting out one day and being very very close a couple others. I was really impressed with the numbers of Mallards we have since at the start here and look forward to a good season, when it warms up. I'll have more scenery pics soon. The pic with the 2 greenheads and Gadwall hen were a triple that I dropped out of one group on Sun!!
