Here ya'll go, the most recent pics taken today just after the workout. I am down to 195 and holding steady. I am not doing near the cardio I once was but have "upped" the weights and workout. I don't eat as well as I once was but I still don't eat fried food and drink "full-pull" beer. I hope this finds my friends well. Later for now!
